Important Things You Need to Know!

Registration:

Thank you for your interest in Camp Explore 2026! We are excited that you are considering our summer day program for your young adult to attend this year! Submission of a completed registration form, $85 registration fee and $50 for each registered week chosen is required to secure your child's enrollment at our camp. PLEASE NOTE: Registration will not be secured unless the $85 registration fee plus $50 for each week of enrollment is paid. Both the registration fee and weekly enrollment fee are nonrefundable; however, the total sum of the $50 weekly enrollment fee will be deducted from the total balance of the tuition, due by Friday, June 5, 2026. 

For example: If you choose to register your child for 8 weeks of camp, the total due to secure your child's enrollment at camp will be $285... $85 + (50x8) = 485. 

However, only $400 will be deducted from the total balance of the tuition balance.

Registration will open beginning 10:00am on Friday, February  20, 2026. It will remain open until Camp Explore has met its predetermined capacity, or through Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 5:00pm, whichever comes first. Due to the LIMITED spaces available, we cannot hold enrollment spots for participants with unpaid registration fees.

Camp Dates & Hours:

We offer a full day, 8 weeks program Monday thru Friday.

• The 2026 camp season runs from June 15-August 7

• Our typical full-day camp session runs from 9:00am-4:00pm.

Drop Off/ Pick-up:

• Drop off is between 8:45-9:00am

• Pick up is between 3:45–4:00pm 

Before & After Camp Care​

• Before camp care drop off is available from 8:00-8:45am

• After camp care pick up is anytime between 4:00-5:00pm 

• Before and After Camp Care is available for an additional fee of $45 per week. Parents must indicate on registration form if your child will require before and after camp care.

Important Dates:

• Last day to register Wednesday, February 25, 2026 (no exceptions)

• Last day to pay tuition balance: Friday June 5, 2026 (no exceptions)

• Last day to turn in camp forms: Friday, May 1, 2026 (no exceptions)

• Mandatory Parent Orientation (in-person): Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 10:00am-12:00pm. (All Parents Are Required To Attend This Year)
