Important Things You Need to Know!

Registration:

Thank you for your interest in Camp Explore 2025! We are excited that you are considering our summer day program for your young adult to attend this year! Submission of a completed registration form, $85 registration fee and $50 for each registered week chosen is required to secure your child's enrollment at our camp. This is a separate program; therefore, even if your child is enrolled in Camp Trusted Parents, the required registration fees for this program must be paid. However, a discount of $35 off of Camp Explore's registration fee will be granted if your child is registered in both programs, and will be apply to the final tuition balance. 

PLEASE NOTE: Registration will not be secured unless the $85 registration fee plus $50 for each week of enrollment is paid. Both the registration fee and weekly enrollment fee are nonrefundable; however, the total sum of the $50 weekly enrollment fee will be deducted from the total balance of the tuition, due by Friday June 20, 2025. 

For example: If you choose to register your child for 4 weeks of camp, the total due to secure your child's enrollment at camp will be $285... $85 + (50x4) = 285. 

However, only $200 will be deducted from the total balance of the tuition balance.

Registration will open beginning 10:00am on Friday,  January 17, 2025. It will remain open until Camp Explore has met its pre-determined capacity, or through Friday, June 20, 2025, at 5:00pm, whichever comes first. Due to limited space available, we cannot hold enrollment spots for participants with unpaid registration fees.

Camp Hours:

We offer a full day, 4 weeks program Monday thru Friday.

• Our typical full-day camp session runs from 9:00am-3:00pm.

Drop Off/ Pick-up:

• Drop off is between 8:45-9:15am

• Pick up is between 2:45–3:00pm

Partial Field Trip Fee:

$12 per week

Our fees are all-inclusive and covers the following:

• A nutritious lunch

• T-shirts and badge

• Morning and afternoon snack 

• Field Trip Activities (both on and off site).

• Camp curriculum activities and materials

Our camp season runs from July 7 - August 1, 2025

Monday-Friday 9am-3pm

• Last day to register Friday June 20, 2025 (no exceptions)

• Last day to pay tuition balance: Friday June 20, 2025 (no exceptions)

• Mandatory Parent Orientation (in-person): TBA
