Enrollment Information

Important Things you Need to Know!

Registration:

Thank you for your interest in Camp Trusted Parents 2023! We are excited that you are considering our summer camp this year! Submission of a completed registration form, $80 registration fee and $50 for each registered week chosen is required to secure your child's enrollment at our camp. 

Please Note: Registration will not be secured unless the $80 registration fee plus $50 for each week of enrollment is paid. Both the registration fee and weekly enrollment fee are nonrefundable; however, the total sum of the $50 weekly enrollment fee will be deducted from the total balance of the tuition, due by Saturday June 3, 2023. 

For example: If you choose to register your child for 4 weeks of camp, the total due to secure your child's enrollment at camp will be $280... $80 + (50x4) = 280. 

However, only $200 will be deducted from the total balance of the tuition balance.

 

Registration will open beginning at 10:00am on Friday,  February 10, 2023. It will remain open until Camp Trusted Parents has met its pre-determined capacity, or through Friday, May 26, 2023, at 5:00pm, whichever comes first. Due to limited space available, we cannot hold enrollment spots for campers with unpaid registration fees.

Camp Hours

We offer full-day and half-day (morning & afternoon) camp sessions, Mon thru Fri.

  • Our typical full-day camp session runs from 9:00am-4:00pm.

  • Our morning half-day camp session runs from 9:00am-12:45pm.

  • Our afternoon half-day camp session runs from 12:45-4:00pm.

Drop Off/ Pick-up:

  • Drop off is between 8:45–9:00am, and for our afternoon half-day campers 12:45-1:00pm.

  • Pick up is between 12:45–1:00pm for our morning half-day campers, and 3:30-4:00pm for the remaining campers.

  • Before camp care drop off is available from 7:45-8:45am

  • After camp care pick up is anytime between 4:00-5:00pm 

Before and After Camp Care is available for an additional fee of $45 per week. Parents must indicate on registration form if your child will require before and after camp care.

Partial Field Trip Fee:

 Half-Day Tuition Rates

$250 - $281 per week (Morning)

$240 - $261 per week (Afternoon)

Our fees are all-inclusive and covers the following:

​

  • Morning and afternoon snack to each camper daily. 

  • Premium camp backpack, yoga mat, t-shirt and badge.

  • Field Trip Activities (both on and off site).

  • Camp Activities and supplies 

Lunch Option Plan:

In order to keep the cost of camp low, we are requiring campers to bring lunch from home. You are responsible for providing your child with a nutritional lunch 4 out of the 5 days of camp. However as an option; lunch can be provided at camp for an additional fee of $55/week, this will cover the daily cost of lunch, plus taxes.  Please indicate on the registration form if you would prefer this option for your child this summer.

Our camp season runs from June 12 - August 4

Monday-Friday 9am-4pm

Camp will be closed on Monday June 19 and Tuesday July 4

in observance of the federal holidays (Juneteenth & Independence Day)

  • Last day to register Friday May 26, 2023 (no exceptions)

  • Mandatory Parent Orientation: Saturday June 3, 2023 at 10:00am

  • Last day to pay tuition balance & submit forms: June 3, 2023 (no exceptions)

Mandatory Parent Orientation: Saturday June 3, 2023 from 10:00am-12:00pm.
