Important Things You Need to Know!

Registration:

Thank you for your interest in Camp in a Box 2023! We are excited that you are considering our virtual summer program for your child to attend this year! Submission of a completed registration form, $50 registration fee and $25 for each registered week chosen is required to secure your child's enrollment at our camp. This is a separate program; therefore, even if your child is enrolled in Camp Trusted Parents, the required registration fees for this program must be paid. However, a discount of $15 will be granted off the registration fee if your child is registered in both programs. 

Please Note: Registration will not be secured unless the $50 registration fee plus $25 for each week of enrollment is paid. Both the registration fee and weekly enrollment fee are nonrefundable; however, the total sum of the $50 weekly enrollment fee will be deducted from the total balance of the tuition, due by Saturday June 23, 2023. 

For example: If you choose to register your child for the entire 3 weeks of camp, the total due to secure your child's enrollment at camp will be $125... $50 + (25x3) = 150. 

However, only $75 will be deducted from the total balance of the tuition balance.

Registration will open, Friday February 10, and will remain open until Camp in a Box has met its pre-determined capacity, or through Friday, June 23, 2023, at 5:00pm, whichever comes first. Due to limited space available, we cannot hold enrollment spots for participants with unpaid registration fees.

FYI: We must have a minimum of 8 virtual campers enrolled each week to successfully run Camp in a Box. If required enrollment is not met, all fees and tuition paid will be fully refunded. 

Camp Hours

We offer a full day program Monday thru Thursday.

• Our typical full-day camp session runs from 9:30am - 1:00pm.

Standard Weekly Camp Tuition

$130 per week  

Our fees are all-inclusive and covers the following:

• All materials* are provided with instructions to enable campers to feel like they're at camp, even from afar! *other than a few household items*

• Camp in a Box T-Shirt

• Postage for shipping materials

Our camp dates: July 10-27, 2023

Monday-Thursday 9:30am-1pm

Last day to pay tuition balance: Friday June 24, 2023 (no exceptions).

Parent Orientation: Saturday July 1, 2023 10:00 - 11:30am (virtually)
